1. How do I find out pricing on your ATM machines? To figure out what the total cost of the machine will be, simply select the machine you want and click on “add to cart.” Then select the features you would like and click “recalculate.” This will give you the total cost of the machine.
2. Who loads cash into the machine? The owner of the ATM machine is responsible for loading money into the machine. While most machines will hold around $15,000 when fully stocked, most locations do not need to stock that much. In fact, many locations are able to start out with $500 to $1,000 kept in the ATM each day.
3. How do I get the cash back that is loaded into the machine? The cash that you load into your ATM machine each day is automatically deposited into your bank account every 24 hours. So if your customers took out $600 today, that same $600 will be deposited the next day.
4. How do I make money from an ATM? There are several ways that you can profit by owning an ATM. Every time someone uses your ATM machine you earn the surcharge, and most locations charge between $2 and $3 per transaction. If you own a business, you will attract more customers because people need cash. These customers will also spend more money inside your business. And because more people are spending cash inside your business, you will see a decline in credit card transactions, which means you will pay less in credit-card-processing fees.
5. Do you install the machine? There are several installation options to choose from. If you would like us to install the machine, then select “on-site installation.” One of our certified technicians will program and install the machine as well as provide you with full training on how to load cash, run reports, and anything else necessary for operating the ATM machine. You also have the option of having the machine programmed when it arrives at your location. This way, all you basically need to do is plug it in, load cash, and bolt it to the floor (if desired).If you are familiar with ATM machines or would like to save money by installing the machine yourself, then select “supported installation.” This means that you program and install the machine, and we are available to walk you through programming and setup over the phone if necessary.
